Order Your Repeat Prescription Online

The doctor may provide you with a repeat prescription during your consultation. Attached to the actual prescription is a repeat request counterfoil slip, which can be used to order a prescription for further medication until your next review. Please tick the items required. If you want the script posted to your home or chemist, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope. Order your medications Online. You will need to bring photo identity and a household bill to the Reception desk. you will be provided with a user name and password. Please keep these secure. Repeat prescriptions are normally ready for collection after 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book your review appointment on time to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions. Please allow 48 hours for prescriptions to be processed and please remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Electronic Prescribing

We can now send prescriptions electronically to the Pharmacy of your choice. This saves you time as you can go straight to your pharmacy to collect your medicines. If you wish to use this service, contact your pharmacy to complete a nomination form. Order your prescriptions in the usual way from us either online, in person or post your request and we'll send your prescription direct to the pharmacy.
